CPCF Plus Penguins

When you're a CPCF Plus Penguin all you do is get your name on the right sidebar. It's not anything like a MOD. We don't have mods. It's not that cool but it's cool at the same time.

When you get reported you might have gotten reported by a secret agent which are moderators. They moderate people. Hope that helped. It's hard to explain.
